Apartment information

Thank you to choose one of our apartments family to spend to spend your holidays.We hope we will  earn  your trust!

The apartments have a twin-family house with two floors are designed completely independently of each other. The apartments include two separate bedrooms (one with two single beds, the other with a double bed), a living room (where there is corner sofa), fully equipped kitchen, toilet and bathroom (with shower).

• The house is situated in the center of the resort, s 500 meters away from the beach.
• The apartments have capacity for 5-6 people.In the four apartments 24 persons can be accommodated. In the apartments can`t stay more person, which as previously agreed.
• The accommodation is available on arrival day from 12.00 until 9.00 am on the departure day. The accommodation on the arrival day can be taken up at 6.00 pm. If arrival is displaced for any reason, please notify by telephone. The deposit has the gilded period of validity.
• First we show of the accommodation on arrival, then payment will be made. The price can be paid only in cash. (After the booking,we request 50 EUR  in advance, at least 3 weeks before the holiday, the rest will be payed at arrival) The guest pays based on the number of spent nights.
• The rental fee is included: tourist tax, water, gas and energy charge and the final cleaning.
• The daily amount of pets: 3 EUR
• The customer must pay for damage caused by it.
• Each apartment is equipped with garden furniture and barbecue.
• The enclosed courtyard parking provided for our guests.
• Our services include: coffee maker, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, oven and cooking utensils, glasses, plates, cutlery, detergent, dish, cable TV, bedding, etc.

Services in the vicinity of a restaurant:a casino, disco, money exchange, travel agency, a public phone, grocery store, tennis, bowling, mini golf, surfing, boating, horseback riding, beach, doctor’s surgery, pharmacy, etc.
